How do I choose the right band package for my Wedding Reception?
Are you feeling spoiled for choice, or just need some guidance to help choose the right band package for your wedding? As a rough guide- Weddings with approx 150- 400 expected guests our 5-8 piece bands work best.
For weddings of under 100 guests, you might be more drawn to our 3-4 Piece Band, however we can provide a full 8 piece band if you like! Generally speaking, the bigger the band- the bigger the sound, AND most importantly the wider the variety of songs and styles we can perform live on the night! We are happy to provide you with a personalised quote to suit your needs and budget, as well as let you know what has worked best at your venue at our past weddings!
What type of music does the Limited Edition Band play?
We love performing all the latest and greatest RnB, Soul, Dance, Pop, 80’s, 90’s Hits, 2000’s- as well as laid back Acoustic tunes during meals. After your formalities, we get into our dance sets where we get everyone on the dance floor partying the night away to our mash ups and medleys, which keep the audience wanting more!

Do we meet before the wedding?
Absolutely! We arrange to meet with you approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your wedding, to chat through your song preferences, run sheet, floor plan, Entry Song, Bridal Waltz and work out the exact times the band will perform throughout your reception, so everything runs seamlessly on the night.
What is the Booking Process?
Once you’ve selected your favourite Ceremony and Reception Music Package, we require a 30% deposit to confirm your date and we send you a booking form for you to complete all of your wedding details. Due to demand we are unable to hold dates without a deposit.
Upon booking, you have unlimited contact with our wedding coordinator to assist with your Run Sheet, Floor Plan and wedding tips and advice- we’ll also be in contact with you to arrange your pre-wedding Music Meeting where you meet with our Events Coordinator to discuss the specifics of your wedding music!
How many songs does the band perform during a Reception?
The band will perform over 60 songs during your wedding reception!
We work together with each of our couples to ensure their favourite songs are played at their wedding, as well as the songs we know get everyone on the dance floor for a fun night of dancing and celebrations!
Can my MC/ Celebrant use your microphone?
Absolutely! We’re equipped with professional sound equipment and spare wireless microphones that your Wedding MC or Celebrant can use for your Reception or Ceremony, just let us know.
Can the Band perform my Bridal Waltz Live?
We love performing your Bridal Waltz and its included with all of our reception packages! Taking to the dance floor to share your very first dance, is a pivotal moment in your wedding reception. Make the moment extra special by having us perform your special song live, to make it unique, beautiful and truly your own!
